so Brick By Brick is finally charting! I know the video just came out, but I thought the song was released to radio a few weeks ago...maybe I'm totally off on that? Right now it is #33 in its first week on the Alternative Songs chart, it's not on the Hot 100 yet.

Has anyone heard it on the radio?

Brand New Eyes is at #93 this week, down from #82. It will probably start to level off somewhere in the 100s. In case you are wondering, Riot! got as low as #137, but never dropped off the Billboard 200 for the year and a half that is was eligible (it used to be that albums more than a year and a half old without a current radio single were only eligible for the Catalog Albums chart - which Riot! hit #3 on - and not the Billboard 200. But since Michael Jackson's death they changed it.)

I think my obsession is going OTT now.

I keep dreaming about Paramore, like once every week. My most recent one happened 2 nights ago, where Hayley and I were in my Maths class and we were headbanging to Decode.

Then I beat my ex boyfriend to death with a lightsaber, but the less said about that the better.

I was bored and browsing, found this. Old interview by Ash on ParamoreFans.com from 2006. It's probably been posted before, but not for a while I would assume. It's really long (seriously, long) but I found it entertaining. It's cool reading stuff from ages ago.

This bit made me laugh so much. The global warming bit.. Oh, Josh took over the questioning lol.

Josh: If you had to pick one of today’s topics, for example global warming, politics, obesity, depression, etc., to write an album about or be an advocate for, which would it be and why?
Hayley: Depression.
Hunter: Depression, it's the easiest.
Zac: Obesity. (laughing) You're fat da da dana You're fat
Josh: Lose weight da da dana na na (laughter)
Zac: Work out!
Hayley: No depression, in all seriousness-
Josh: Shhhh!
Hayley: Depression because if you-
Hunter: Cause emo is sooo in right now
Hayley: (laughing) No. Cause if you- I think everyone at some point deals with some level of it and it's something that's pretty serious too. It may not always sound very serious, but like- If you know the story about the cause about To Write Love On Her Arms, that's like the root of the whole problem. And depression can lead to a lot of really terrible things, even death and that's something that I think, it's important to address.
Josh: Umm global warming would be fun... (singing and dancing) it's gettin hot
Jeremy: So hot in here (singing)
Zac: Goin to a pool, gotta wait for the winter cause now it's hot (singing)
Hunter: Just took of my shirt... cause it's hot... (singing)

Mine:
at 10:23pm tonight, my friends thought they were smart enough to play a trick on me...
so my friends are highschool cheerleaders and a few of them were selected to go to Florida this weekend for a championship thing and so I guess there's going to be opening bands there and so one of them calls me screaming and screaming saying Paramore was going to be the opening act and I was trying to tell her that they were in Europe before she over excites herself by thinking I'm all jealous but she wouldn't let me. So after like a minute of her yelling at me through the phone I was like,"KRISTA, THEY'RE IN KNIKCUF EUROPE! and she was like,"DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!" and then she was like,"Yeah, well the Jonas Brothers are opening anyways though and I was like,"cool." because I don't like them and yeah, whatever.

... tsk tsk, friends should know not to mess with Parafans who follow what the band actually does rather than fangirling about JB...
